Five questions about what is already built.
- What is exposed. API keys inside the code, a database readable by anyone with the public key, customer data within reach of whoever knows where to look.
- Whether it holds up. What happens with a hundred people inside at once, and what in production still points at test data.
- Whether it can be changed. Whether a small change can land without knocking something else over, and what exists today to warn you when it does.
- What it costs to run. The monthly bill for hosting, database and services, and how much of it is waste.
- Who owns the accounts. Domain, repository, database, payment provider — whose name each one is in, and what it takes to move it to yours.
The list is the same in every audit. It covers what most often goes wrong in AI-built apps: security rules that were never switched on, a service key committed to the repository, production still wired to sandbox payments, and next to no automated tests.
03 · what you get back
A written diagnosis you can act on, with or without us.
- The report. Every finding ranked by severity — what is urgent, what can wait — in plain language. No programmer needed to translate it.
- A walkthrough video. A recorded screen tour of the worst findings, so you see them, not just read about them.
- The accounts list. Every service the app depends on, whose name it is in, and the steps to take ownership.
- A fixed-price fix proposal. Optional. The report works just as well if you hand it to someone else.
04 · price and process

- You get an invoice. Work starts when it is paid.
- You grant read access — the repository or project export, and a look at the live app.
- Five business days later you have the report, the video and the accounts list.
